The daily and weekend rates include breakfast, served in the Sala Gotica.

Week-End = minimum 2 nights. 

 from Saturday to Saturday. The offer includes: washing (linen in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens), water, gas and power.

In all the apartments the linen is changed once a week.

Special conditions:

- For an additional bed in the living room a supplement of  Euro 70,00 per week
- Cook available at the cost of Euro 10,00 per hour (excluding food)
- Daily maid service at the cost of Euro 10,00 per hour
- Dinner upon request (min. 4 people) at the rate of Euro 32,00 p.p.
- Baby-sitter service upon request
- Guided city tours with car&driver upon request
