The entrance and the ground floor
There is a living-room with the furniture of 19th century, with an original aubusson carpet. The appliques in all building are hand made with sequin gold decorations.
The main living room is completely furnished with the furniture of the "I empire" (of about 1800-1810). The plasma television of 42", Home Theatre, dvd, digital tv and SKY. 200 original dvd of the best italian films are at the guests disposal.
The dining room is furnished with original antique furniture. There is place for 8 people. At the guests disposal: tableclothes, plates, cutlery, glasses of water, wine and sparkling wine. The kitchen has all the equipment that can be needed to cook and to make breakfast, also a dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a little bathroom.
On the first floor is a main bedroom of about 35 sqm with a king size bed, a closet, air conditioning Daiking (warm and cold). Home theatre, television full Hd LCD, SKY, dvd. From the bedroom you can admire the fantastic view over the roman countryside and the sea. The big bathroom has a bath and a hydro massage Jacuzzi.
There is another bedroom on the first floor. It has bed-side tables from 19th century with an image of Savonarola, made of pink marble of Portugal and a mirror from the 19th century. There is a shower with a hydro massage and sauna Teuco in the adjacent bathroom.
There is also a single room with a beautiful bed of the III empire, a round table and a decorated chair from the 19th century. LCD satellite television on the same floor.
The little tower, "torretta", has a wondeful view on 240 grades. There is a little fitness room with tappit roulant, vibrating platform, fitness bench, punching bags and dumb bell with weights.
In the annex there is a splendid billiard table with pockets decorated with images of the 19th century, with a golden decorated cloth. On the billiard table there is a original panel and it can be used as a table (3,5 metres long and 180 metres wide) with tablecloth, plates, cutlery and glasses. There is also a microwave oven, an electric oven and a cooker with five rings. The annex has also a separate kitchen and a big bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. All the propriety (every room except the bathrooms) is furnished with antique furniture, and has TV LCD satellite, Internet Wi-Fi, dvd.
The dependance consists of wooden kitchenette, 1 doubleroom with hand made decorated wrought iron bed, 1 bathroom with shower Jacuzzi, tv LCD digital, dvd, air coditioning summer/winter, all the pavimentation is made of Tuscan cotto.

Prices include: Linen change (bed linen and towels) once a week, hot and cold water, electricity and gas, final cleaning.
Heating in the winter period is excluded and has to be charged according to consumption.
Linen: If you stay more than a week the bed linen and towels will be changed on Saturday morning. If you wish to change them more often the cost is € 15.
Cleaning: The final cleaning is included. If you wish to get the house cleaned more often, the cleaning takes minimum 4 hours and the cost is € 12 per hour.
