The property description presents three different categories of services so that clients may distinguish between the services included in the location price and the extra services.

Services included

A set of linen ( bed linen, towels and pool towels ); it will be supplied at beginning of your stay. For more than one week rentals, all linen will be changed on Saturday.
Swimming pool ( 15 x 8 meters ); it will be open from first of May to 15 October. It is the staff’s job to deal with the maintenance of the pool: it is for this reason that the staff charged with this task will be able to enter in Villa every time it is deemed necessary.

Park maintenance; gardener will do is best for not disturbing your stay. We kindly request your cooperation to accept his presence, even though discrete.
House cleaning; it is included in the weekly price. The pieces of forniture must be returned clean and in order in all parts and accessories.
Cots; we provide it free of charge. It has to be request 30 days in advance.
Wide screen TV, Hi-Fi and Satellite.
Welcome basket; we usually love making guests at easy giving them something to eat and to drink upon arrival.
Customer service; the staff will be at your service for any assistance you might need. It is essential we are aware of any problems as soon as it should arise . In this case we will be committed in sorting it out without affecting your stay.
Anti falling security devices for children ( Shock resistant glasses for park and balconys ).
Security box for value objects.

Services not included

Extra house cleaning; it has to be requested 30 days in advance.
Electric power for lights; the cost is calculated on the base of consuption and it will be paid on the spot to the staff on departure.
Pets; if you wish to take your pets with you, we can organize a boarding service in the Villa for them. All pets need to have their own “pet passport”. These can take several months to obtain, so plan well ahead.
Car Hire; you can hire cars ( with driver too ) with society that works with us. We recommend our guests to reserve this service 30 days in advance.
Boat charter ( with skipper too ); this service offers the advantage to visit the Amalfitan Coast by sea and to dine in the most typical sea restaurants. It has to be requested 30 days in advance.
Lunch and dinner supply; we can offer guests a “flambè cooking” with mediterrian ingredients. It has to be request 30 days in advance communicating days and hours. However, just out side villa, a small emporium is with every kind in sale from provisions ones to the tobaccos.
Transfer service from/to near airport ( Naples ) or rail station ( Salerno )
