This beautiful and luxurious house, as luxurious are the furnishing too, is divided into 2 floors.
Upper floor (ground floor) : from the main entrance you can get into the beautiful, wide and luminous living-room with view on garden and swimming pool, direct approach to the patio with little armchairs and a rectangular 10 places table.
On a side of the living-room (100 square meters) there are a fireplace, a bookcase and a writing-desk for office work.

The dining-room has large French windows, which lead to the part of the garden equipped with BBQ and a 14 places round table.
From the living room it is possible to reach kitchen, laundry and storeroom.

In this floor there are also 3 bedrooms: the double bedroom has its own private bathroom with bathtub, direct approach to the garden/patio;
2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, direct approach to the garden/patio and private bathroom with shower; on this floor there’s also a guest restroom.

The lower floor is comprehensive of 5 bedrooms ( 3 double bedrooms and 2 bed rooms with 2 single beds) each one with its own bathroom ( 3 bathrooms with bathtub and 2 bathrooms with shower).

The Villa has all kinds of facilities: the kitchen is equipped with professional stoves, one traditional oven and one microwaves oven, dish-washer, refrigerator. The laundry is equipped with washing-machine, iron and ironing-board.
Linen for house and  swimming pool are included. TV, telephone, internet, BBQ.
Private approach to the sea and to the activities of the place.
